Z-Wave JS Upgrade to 1.3.0 has causes zwave to continue to try to reload. Restoring 1.2.0 does not resolve issue

The problem

Title says it all. Zwave has been working without issue for a year or better. This mornings upgrade keeps restarting zwave and saying that zwave is not listening on port. Tried to restore the Zwave JS 1.2.0 from the backup, and it still has the same issue.

Had to fully restore old backup, then was able to get 1.3.0 update to apply. Not sure what happened, but lost a weeks worth of data...
