Broadlink RM4 Mini missing native infrared platform setup

The problem

RM4 Mini is not showing in selector for native ir platform when attempting to add in the lg_infrared integration config flow. The one shown in the picker below is an existing IR proxy (esphome).

I'm guessing this is because the infrared platform is not setup for this entry?

#168889 was not merged before the beta cut and we currently discussing if we add it to the beta or not as it is a new feature
