New Notifier Sensor for the Mobile App Integration Does Not Update for notify.mobile_app Notifications

The problem

Sending a notify.mobile_app_my_phone notification does not update the new 'Notifiers' sensor in the Mobile App integration's device page.

However notify.send_message works as expected and updates the sensor.
