Don't show empty history panel in more info

Hello!

From the very beginning of using Home Assistant, i do not use the recorder, history and logbook. I turned them off in the config a long time ago.

However, recently i need to enable history only for 4 objects of my 120+. I have enabled history only for theese things in config. And now, when i open any card of an object that is not included in the history, empty and unnecessary blocks are displayed, displaying information that the history for this object is not available.

This spoils the beautifully minimalist look of these cards:

On some objects, a tab appears that also does not contain any history data:

Proposal

The proposal is very simple. Do not display history block in more info dialog and do not add history tab for objects that are not included in the recorder or do not contain history data.
