Allow Narrower Tile Cards

The current minimum width for Tile Cards is set to 6 columns, which restricts the ability to place more than two cards side by side on the same line. This limitation seems arbitrary, especially considering that other types of cards permit narrower configurations.

I recognize that reducing the width of Tile Cards could cause some features to overflow or text to be truncated. However, users should have the freedom to adjust the width according to their preferences. If the narrower setting results in a less than optimal display, users can simply increase the width to a more suitable setting again.

I propose reducing the min_columns requirement for Tile Cards from 6 to 3. This change would provide users with greater flexibility in dashboard layout and allow for a more efficient use of space.
