Wrong default icon colors for newly introduced dashboards

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Light theme, the icons on those new dashboards (lights, security) are shown in light grey, instead of the standard light/navy blue as for the other dashboards. When a door sensor is closed, its icon is shown grey (as its state will be undefined/unreachable). When the sensor is triggered the color is correct (yellow).
It is not a sensor type issue, the problem is also there for the light dashboard.

This has nothing to do with dashboards, the Tile card always renders like this, an off entity is grey, not blue. It's different than entities card.
