How to run CURL requests

It would have helped me a lot if the section "Register your application as a fleet API partner" would explain how to run CURL requests. What didn't work for me was running the commands from the Windows Command Prompt (CMD), because that wouldn't take the variables. I was able to install Git and run the commands from Git Bash.
