Push notifications are not working anymore #4433

iOS device model, version and app version
Model Name: iPhone Xs
Software Version: 18.7.6
App version: 2026.2.1 (2026.1766)
Home Assistant Core Version
HA Core version: 2026.2.3
Describe the bug
Impossible to receive notification sent by push since the 11/03/2026.
To Reproduce
- register your mobile app on HA
- try to send a notification with action "notify.mobile_app_xxxxx" which represent your iOS device*
- the notification will not be delivered
*if the iOS device was already removed from mobile app integration, then the action "notify.mobile_app_xxxxx" will not appear
Expected behavior
Receive a push notification type

I didn't make any change on my HA setup or my network
Tested in wifi and over 4g
The app shows push id - "not registered remote notifications"
The reset button shows a certificate issue.
The issue started on my iOS device first but my wife encounter this issue too but from today (13/03/2026)
