Link for HACS: Repository doesn't work properly

I'm trying to create a link to add a custom repository to the HACS. I've chosen HACS: Repository and filled in the rest of the fields:

The final link is
https://my.home-assistant.io/redirect/hacs_repository/?repository=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2FPinoutLTD%2FHA.Themes&owner=PinoutLTD&category=Theme

After I click on the link I see the following

And after that, the error appears

But finally if I check custom repositories it will be there

So the link works, but it shows an error.
