Describe the issue you are experiencing
I was previously running Home Assistant 14.2 without an issue.
I had tried updated initially to Home Assistant 15.1 (and tried Home Assistant 15.1 - kernel 6.12.20) and all of the sudden disk I/O errors began to appear.
Error messages that appeared:
failed command: read FPDMA queue, status DRDY
I/O error, dev, sda, sector XXX, op 0x0 (READ) flags 0x80700 phys_seg 1 (or 7) prio class 0
The possibility of the storage module being faulty is ruled out when it was tested:
- with another 512GB SSD module that I know works. Same issue appeared
- tested with Proxmox: no errors at all (kernel 6.8.12)
Attaching "screenshots" (apologies for the quality) of error messages observed in HAOS.

What operating system image do you use?
generic-x86-64 (Generic UEFI capable x86-64 systems)

Hardware details
512GB SSD NGFF 2280 SATA M2 Storage
