Updating to OS version 17.2+ causes major performance issues

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Major performance issues, such as:

• Long delays loading menus and dialogue boxes (e.g., Settings -> System -> Repairs -> System Information took nearly a minute to open the first time I tried)
• Pages will remain blank and seemingly not load at all (e.g., File editor doesn't open at all and remains on blank screen, HACS showed similar behaviour to above the first few times I tried before it started loading correctly)
• Entities page loads but shows no results no matter what filter settings I try
• Full reboots haven't helped

Additional information

I noted there were a lot of errors in my browser's console regarding failed websocket connections. Running ha docker options --enable-ipv6=true seemed to resolve this and make page navigation feel quicker, but the issues outlined above are still present. Disabling IPv6 didn't make any difference, either.

Nothing unusual with integration startup times.

Same here using Proxmox and Home Assistant in a virtual machine on a VLAN network.

Same problem using nginx os using directly te IP.

I’ve also noticed that the web interface is unable to display the logs; it gets stuck loading indefinitely, but over SSH the logs load instantly.

After rolling back to 17.1, everything worked again.

What is "every configuration"? The only place I have specified homeassistant.local is in the nginx Proxy Manager app.

I mean, in all the configuración files where you have used the name instead the IP.
If you only have one addon which uses It, then only in the nginx configuration file.

In my case I had only nginx aswell.
