Describe the issue you are experiencing
Bluetooth subsystem loads in Home Assistant OS, but no HCI device is created. The system shows Bluetooth kernel initialization messages, however no hci0 interface appears. The Qualcomm Atheros QCWB335 device is detected via USB, but Bluetooth functionality is not initialized.
Wi-Fi part of the QCWB335 works correctly (ath9k driver active), but Bluetooth remains unavailable.
