Selective Intellihide Behaviour + Option to Keep Panel Hidden

Instead of having global Intellihide settings for all applications. The extension can offer behavior overrides for select windows/applications. This can solve many of the issues with the panel appearing in front of borderless windows or applications with no display configurations.

Another suggestion is to add a setting/keyboard shortcut to keep panels with Intellihide hidden even if the cursor passes the reveal trigger point.
So something similar to the following but to keep the panel hidden.
