Dash not visible in tablet mode

dears, i use dash to panel on ubuntu 24.10 with intellisense. all fine, the dash shows/hides as intended.

Now i have a 2-1 convertible notebook, and when it is folded it is a tablet (touchscreen only). With intellisense on i have no idea how to reach the dash, or in other words: how can the dash be shown in tablet mode?

I would like intellisense to be on both for normal and tablet mode, however, is there a way to make intellisense conditional dependent on tablet/normal mode? So when i take it into tablet mode intellisense would be off and come back when returning to normal notebook.

I am new to tablet mode and its difficult to find info about the usability. two fingers from the bottom up bring a keyboard (but no dash), three finders up show the window/app switcher. maybe there are more fingertricks that would show the dock?
