Unable to add accessory to Home app

Hi,
I fetched the template and I followed instructions on how to create a new plugin, however when I try to start homebridge locally it starts and gives me the QR code, but when I try to add to home app I get error: Accessory Already in Another Home

node is v20.18.0
npm is 10.8.2

At some point it must have already been added, you need to delete the persist and accessories directory. If your using npm run watch, they are in the test\hbConfig directory.

It happens even if I create new plugin project from scratch

Try incrementing the "username": "AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF" field
