[Feature Request/Improvement] Move the "add new keyword" type buttons to the TOP of the list.

Making me scroll past 600 filtered keywords to add a new keyword feels like a moderately poor design choice.

Could we get an "add new blacklist keyword" type button at the TOP of the list of words?

Or maybe a way to minimise/shrink the list?
