  • documentation - Improvements or additions to documentation

Priority Labels:

  • priority: critical - Crashes, data loss, security issues
  • priority: high - Significant impact on functionality
  • priority: medium - Moderate impact
  • priority: low - Minor issues or nice-to-have features

Status Labels:

  • status: needs-triage - Awaiting team review
  • status: needs-info - Waiting for more information
  • status: confirmed - Issue verified and accepted
  • status: in-progress - Actively being worked on
  • status: blocked - Cannot proceed due to dependencies

Platform Labels:

  • macos-version: sonoma - Specific to macOS 14 Sonoma
  • macos-version: ventura - Specific to macOS 13 Ventura

What We Look For

In Bug Reports

✅ Detailed reproduction steps ✅ Complete system information ✅ Expected vs. actual behavior ✅ Logs and diagnostic information ✅ Screenshots or recordings ✅ Workarounds attempted

❌ Vague descriptions ❌ Missing system information ❌ "It doesn't work" without details ❌ Multiple unrelated issues in one report

In Feature Requests

✅ Clear problem statement ✅ Proposed solution ✅ Use cases and examples ✅ Consideration of alternatives ✅ How it benefits users

❌ Vague wishes without context ❌ Demands without rationale ❌ Features that conflict with app vision ❌ Duplicate requests without new insights

Response Times

  • Security issues: 24-48 hours
  • Critical bugs: 1-3 business days
  • Standard issues: 3-7 business days
  • Feature requests: 1-2 weeks for initial review
  • Discussions: Community-driven

Getting Your Issue Resolved Faster

  1. Search first: Check if it's already reported
  2. Follow templates: Fill out all fields
  3. Provide details: More info = faster resolution
  4. Be responsive: Reply to requests for information
  5. Test betas: Help verify fixes in pre-release versions
  6. One issue per report: Don't combine multiple problems
