Connecting to the wrong European API URL

Hi, it seems that a wrong European API URL is being used.
You use https://bitwarden.eu but you should use https://vault.bitwarden.eu .
I found out by checking the Bitwarden docs.

Steps to Reproduce

Selecting bitwarden.eu as config and filling in credentials, gives an error message that the endpoint cannot be reached.

Expected Behavior

Should use https://vault.bitwarden.eu so that CLI can connect to API.

Actual Behavior

Wrong URL used and gives error message.

Hi @tapufd - you should be able to override to the correct host either in CLI or in app.
Will organize a patch to change the hardcoded European address in a future release.
