perf(readme): switch heavy PNGs to 128px / 1200px variants
The README hero icon and feature screenshots were shipping as their raw export sizes (1 MB logo, 4.5 MB feature screenshots) which can stall on GitHub's image proxy. Add: - img/logo-128.png and img/glotshot-128.png (~70 KB each, 256px PNG) - img/feature_route.jpg and img/feature_marker.jpg (~220 KB each, 1200px JPG) Point the main README and every locale README at the lighter variants. The original full-size files stay on disk for other uses. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
