Add Subscription identifier in the SSE Comment message

Now that pinging over the SSE connection works (via Comment SSE events), it would be great to add an identifier into that comment message, so that it uniquely identifies the SSE connection, e.g. : sub-safe-deployment-123456-keep-alive
