The onboarding process is too complex and the user can get lost in the missing steps before it gets a fully working node.

Describe the feature you'd like

I would like to improve the hopli binary to accept a new command like hopli identity status where the tool could get all the on-chain data about that node address and create a summary description of it.
Basically it would perform many similar check tasks than it's doing hub.hoprnet.org but from the command line.

The idea is to include this hopli binary as part of the OS-package and the post-install and configure script can handle it accordingly.
