Nilify other players overlapping tiles after a successful play

When a successful play is submitted and other players have already positioned one of their hand tiles in the same position in preparation for the next play then the tiles will overlap on the board after the play is rendered.

This shouldn’t happen and after a play has been submitted the transaction should nilify other players hand tile overlapping.

Ideally triggering a notification to affected users would be great
