Enhance Dapps List: Fix missing entries & add custom dApp support

At the moment, the dapps list relies only on DeFiLlama’s default index. This causes two issues:

• Some popular dapps are missing from the list.
• There is no way to add custom dapps that aren’t covered by DeFiLlama.
