Add dataset download option in the dataset page

For eg : for this dataset if i want to download it currently there is no straight forward way

Having download button here that would give me the dataset in zipped with images and labels , coming from both mapswipe and OpenAerialMap which are being used by fAIr models ! It would be re-distributed and can easily be shared on hugging face / mlhub and similar platforms wherever required , along with AI challenges may be on kaggle !

We can stats sabout the dataset like this :

dataset size

• Labels ( x )

We can have similar view like currently we have for fAIr models

So that people can download the dataset as zip or get the api link and use it in their scripts ! since it would be STAC compliant by this #480 issue they should be easily discoverable !
