Add Panoramax project type

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• Paranomax is an open federated STAC of street level imagery, alternative to Mapillary.
• We need a simple way to collect street level imagery in a coodinated way (ideally as part of a bigger mapping campaign).

Describe the solution you'd like

• First, Paranomax integration to upload collected field images to Paranomax with the click of a button.
• Second, a dedicated 'Paranomax' data collection activity, creating a QField project that is dedicated to collecting street level imagery. This could easily use the QField Snap plugin for super simple imagery and point collection.
