Handle account deletion

We have to define what happens when the user deletes their account, for example:

• Call a delete-account endpoint on each tool

Needs to be very, very well protected!

The potential to delete all the data across all the tools is godly 😆

Agree 100%, and I think that data deletion should be a responsibility for each tool, calling the delete-account endpoint would be only a way for the login app to notify that the user deleted their account.
