fix: Update https://hotosm.github.io/raw-data-api/docs/src/installation/docker.md. The UI is broken in this page.

When we visit the page the UI is completely broken. 

Steps to reproduce the error:
1. Go to "https://hotosm.github.io/raw-data-api/docs/src/installation/docker.md"
2. See the error in User Interface.
