URL should update to include list/grid from apply under more filters

Describe the bug
When applying more filters on list view, the view changes to grid.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'explore projects list view'
2. Click on 'click on more filters'
3. See error (the page is shifted to card view)

Expected behavior
The list/grid view should persists even for more filters and the filters applied for list view should be sharable.
