Slow download of task grid via TM v5 API

Since the upgrade to TM v5, download via `/projects/{project_id}/tasks/?as_file=true&format=geojson` seems noticeably slower than before. Previously, the task grid loaded relatively quickly. Now, there’s a significant delay.

Questions:
* Is this is a known performance issue with TM v5?
* Are there any suggestions to improve the download speed or a sugegsted workaround for this slowness?
