Describe the bug
On the "Explore projects" section sometimes a random project from one page shows also on another page, in random place. If I use a different order (sort by new projects) the amount of projects/cards in total is the same so that means the card that was showing multiple times is not only duplicated but should show a different project instead. So it is possible that user won't be able to find a specific project this way. It will be easier to understand from the screenshots.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Explore projects'
- Filter by organisation that has more projects then amount that fits on 1 page, for example "Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)"
- See that a radnom project(s) is showing on multiple pages
Expected behavior
Not showing the same project on multiple pages.
Screenshots
Screenshot of https://tasks.hotosm.org/explore?omitMapResults=1&organisation=M%C3%A9decins+Sans+Fronti%C3%A8res+%28MSF%29+&page=1

Projects number 15181 and 24690 are showing on both pages 1 and 2

If I sort by New projects the total number of projects is the same as before (35) but it doesn't show any project twice anymore.
