Notification page crashes as user search by project name (char fields) instead of project ID

Describe the bug
In notification details page, when user clicks on search bar and type character instead of integer (mostly meant for project ID), the page crashes showing internal server error on logs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://tasks.hotosm.org/inbox '
2. Click on 'search '
3. Type any character or project name
4. See error

Expected behavior
If the notifications can't be searched by project name and only be searched by project id as mentioned in placeholder, typing any character should be blocked from frontend.
