[BUG] Edit team page is not accessable.

Describe the bug
I am unable to edit team details, despite having the team manager permission. On edit page displays You are not allowed to access the management area. message on a movement.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the team details page
2. Click on the edit team button
3. You will see the page shown in the screenshot below

Expected behavior
I should get the form to edit the team if I have permission.

Current behavior: Edit team feature is available for team managers but also is viewable for team members.
Expected: Edit team feature should be available for team managers but not for team members.
