Receive invalidated task emails

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have by receive validated tasks notification emails off as I do a lot of mapping. However, I think this means I also don't get emails for invalidated tasks.

Add a Setting / Notifications option to 'Receive an email when a task you have contributed to is invalidated.'
