[BUG] New since recent update: Project text fields appearing in HTML?

Describe the bug
For any project go to Edit Project > Description > Short description or to Edit Project > Instructions > Detailed instructions. The 'Write' tab should show the raw text in plain text or markdown or HTML (depending on what has been input). However since a recent update all the text appears in HTML, regardless of how it is formatted on entry. This should be rolled back unless it was intentional. Seems to affect all text fields apart from the project 'Title'.

I very much agree as well that I would prefer how it was before. Markdown is much more user friendly. With this change also coloured text or collapsible parts are not working anymore, at least with the formatting I used before.

@Patrik-Br @SColchester - thanks for flagging the issue. With the last release, we have started validating and standardising the text input to HTML before capturing the information in DB. With that the data returned from server side to the frontend rendering is also in HTML. There we miss the original editing format language provided by the project manager.

We will see, how best to handle this and keep it user-friendly cc @suzit-10 @prabinoid @sumitdahal7
