Implement ActivityPub support

Is rstat.us still in development? If so, are there any plans to implement ActivityPub support? If so, I'll add rstat.us to the list here:

BTW Mastodon, also written in Ruby, has already implemented AP support, so it may be possible to share some code or at least get some ideas from their implementation.
