How to refresh tabs after login

My app requires a login to get to any screen. If I login and then go to another tab, I see the login screen again because that's what initially loaded. I need to refresh all of the tabs after the user logs in.

I don't see any obvious ways to handle this. Is anyone else doing it somehow?

Yes this is the approach I take when logging in using a webview. I do the same on the iOS side.

It's a similar approach when logging via a native screen as well.
