Revisit touch events for InstantClick (prefetch) feature

#1167 removed the touch listeners for good reason.

Seems we'll need to re-think how we implement Instaclick touch events. In the meantime, let's disable the touch handlers and leave InstantClick for desktop devices where it's working fine.

Though with more and traffic coming from mobile/touchscreen devices, which are unable to benefit from the prefetch behavior it might be a good idea to revisit adding touch support to it.

We might be able to to debounce the touchend event on a value, so if a mouseenter is triggered within e.g. 500ms of a touchend we will ignore the mouseenter.

Or perhaps detect the pointer type and add event listeners depending on that
