ERROR "Sending confiugration failed"

Followed the MacOS installation and created a simple conf to test but I can't seem to get it to work. At first I receive a "Sending confiugration failed"

after `keymapperctl --restart` it does update but it doesn't work.

simple config that I use in `.config/keymapper.conf`:
