[Feature request / UI Bug]: Choice of break times and time intervals is overly restrictive

Problem description

Break times in the UI increase in 10 second increments (e.g., 10 or 20 seconds possible, but 15 is not).

Seems like an arbitrary restriction. Similar unnecessary restrictions exists for other time / interval selectors in the UI (see e.g. #1601).

PS: I wouldn't be shocked if this has already been reported/requested by someone else, but my search patterns didn't yield anything close enough. I also scanned the first 3 pages of issue titles manually. Sorry if I missed it.

Possible solution

Allow user to enter a number (in seconds or minutes) if slider choices are insufficient.

Alternative solutions

Make time interval sliders move in smaller increments.
