UI Improvement: Hospital List

Currently, the first Hospital is always marked as "default" and cannot be deleted. This is fine to ensure that there always is one, but once there are multiple, it's very unintuitive that I cannot delete the first one (e.g. if it turns out to be the one with the name i like least).

Wouldn't it suffice to just make sure that the last one cannot be deleted? If there are additional features of the "default" hospital, one should be assigned manually and the role of the default should be explained by a tooltip.

Just for reference: The default hospital is used by the simulation as the target hospital for all patients, since the simulation neither allows setting a target hospital nor supports detailed hospital assignment (e.g. based on the patient's needs):

However, it would be possible to make the target hospital configurable. Similar to missing transfer connections, the simulation could "complain" if the incident command did not specify which hospitals may be used.
