Show cool queries on empty search page

When the user opens the app, the search page opens and offers virtually no point of engagement. It is a small, empty search bar on a white page.

Pre-Context:

• The user opens the app and sees the search page
• There is no previous experience with our app and nobody is nearby presenting it

Post-Context:

• After completing new search features, the queries might be updated

Acceptance Criteria:

• Show some cool 3-5 search queries we can currently get good results for in the search, that disappear when search results are shown (or generally after pressing enter)
• Render a grey default text ("Search Compass Portal") into the search bar (on map and on search page) that disappears when you start typing.
