Binary build with JXL/HEIF

The binary release doesn't have JPEG-XL (JXL) or HEIF compiled. Would it be possible to add please?

Apple phones have been producing HEIF/HEIC for a very long time now; so I can't preview any of my photos with this binary.

More and more JPEG-XL is slowly appearing.

This is for running on a NAS which has a limited distribution.

Yes, it's something we want. I've been cautious about new image codecs (libheif specifically) because it increases our attack surface, and not all of these libraries are sufficiently mature. We may want to implement loader sandboxing first.
