Add Support for Home Assistant Infrared

Hi and thanks for your excellent work, it keeps my Aircons under control in every room!

With excitement I read about the new INFRARED integration in the latest Home Assistant release.

I believe it would just be consequencial to support this new abstraction layer by developing an HVAC integration to sit on top of it.

What do you think ?

I think it is not an infrared type integration. it is a HVAC integration on top of MQTT focused on Tasmota-IR builds. How would it be beneficial?

I can't base something on HA Infrared integration, as they only support LG TV's. Tasmota has incredible support for many AC models. If you want you can use Tasmota-IRHVAC to controll a lot of home appliences, including LG TVs. If you don't know how - I can point you to the right place in the documentation.
