Can't Set "Game Mode" as Default on Startup or After Power Loss

Hi, I'm using DeskHop and I really like the "Game Mode" feature. However, I’ve noticed that the system does not remember this setting after a shutdown or power loss. Every time I turn on the system, it reverts back to the default mode, and I have to manually switch to "Game Mode" again. This becomes inconvenient over time.

Is it possible to implement a feature that allows users to set "Game Mode" as the default startup mode, or at least remember the last used mode across restarts/power cycles?

I modified setup.c with these lines and it sets game mode as a default on rebuild:

add

tusb_init();

before

serial_init();

and add

state->gaming_mode = 1;
send_value(state->gaming_mode, GAMING_MODE_MSG);

before

 multicore_reset_core1();
multicore_launch_core1(core1_main);
