Keyboard not working #295
Description
I have a Keychron Q1 HE, and it doesn't work whatsoever. The only keys that work are the F keys that control the media, brightness etc. I've tried connected it via the dongle and through a wire.
Via dongle, only media keys work.
Via wired connection, the other keys work, but it isn't recognized properly. It seems to be in some ISO format, and when i try to force ANSI, it doesn't work.
My computer doesn't even seem to recognize it as a keyboard when I try any keyboard setup assistant. The KVM works on other standard keyboards.
I've upgraded the PCB to 0.73 but that hasn't solved it.
