Custom emoji for pack makers and servers

Adding emoji is great. Let's add more. I'd like the ability to add custom emoji.

Adding to a pack:

The root directory would have an 'emoji' folder. Inside that is a folder named 'client'. Adding files to that folder will add new emoji to the game.

For ease of use, I think you should be able to drop image files into the folder. Use `:filename:' to trigger them.

For servers:

An emoji folder also exists on the server. When clients connect, this file is synced to the client similar to resource packs.

These files are stored in emoji/server/servername

Both of these things are planned but they'll use the same layout as this repo, i dont really want to have 3 different standards in the same mod

Discord's built in custom emoji system could be supported. In the message content, they are given in the format <:emoji:000000000000000000>, where :emoji: is the text used and 000000000000000000 is the emoji ID. The emojis can be downloaded from https://cdn.discordapp.com/emojis/000000000000000000.png?v=1 so that any custom emoji can be supported without adding them to each client.

No.. no.. no, no discord server link other than my own tells the client the needed information for this to work, it wont happen

pls, explain how can i add custom emojis to the server?
i add my custom emojis by using discord bot and i have it in singleplayer, but on my server i dont see this(
btw on other servers it doesnt work too.
