Roadmap for v1.0.0

Hi! I'll resume developing the template and this is my roadmap:

Requirements for v1.0.0

• Support kss-node v2.x
• Publish to package managers (npm, bower)
• More compatibility with user css (class '.close' of bootstrap breaks layout of code snippets when you use _close.scss of Bootstrap. #7)
• Update document and demo

Feature plans in v1.x

• Responsive design
• Permalink of each section
• Copy to clipboard (like Bootstrap docs)
