How do dynamic playlist work?

I haven't been able to figure out how to create a dynamic playlist in 0.99.2.

I don't see the "Dynamic Playlist" section on the left in the README screenshots.

Hi, sorry about the lack of documentation on this. Some DP rules rely on MPD stickers, so for simplicity's sake I've made it a blanket requirement. The DP section, together with other stickers-based features such as star ratings, won't appear if MPD doesn't advertise stickers support. Please make sure that you've set up a sticker DB in your MPD config first. You can refer to the example config in the wiki article for this.

I saw this:

Sticker database: This enables the storage of arbitrary "stickers" without requiring write access to your library. Euphonica uses this to enable album-level rating stars.

but it doesn't mention anything about playlist so I figured that was unrelated. Sure enough, the feature turned on after enabling that!
