@alexkotusenko I have a feeling that a fork isn't needed, just some interested folks to talk to the contributors/maintainers and we can probably start creating a current 17.0 release and then go from there

Unfortunately I think a fork would be required unless Yosh has changed his mind. This is the status of the project: #888

@jbr just took a look at your fork and it looks really promising! Do you have any documentation that describes the general direction of the project and its design?

I haven't been dedicating a lot of time to it recently but it is far from dead. The best design document is at https://trillium.rs, with an important note on contributing. Open issues on the github repo describe my intended direction for the project. I've been trying to balance my time spent on trillium against other projects so I don't overallocate to a project that hasn't achieved the scale of adoption I had hoped for it*, but more adoption will with certainty drive more attention. * It is used successfully by internet-scale for-profit companies including contract clients of mine, but there are a lot of rust web frameworks and I'm not great at "open source marketing"
