Show version in instance list

What does the feature entail?

Now that there is an instance list (which looks awesome!) , it would be great if it could show the instance version.

Why is this feature important?

It will help users choose instances that are up to date.

Other stuff that could be shown: uptime %age, latest commit, etc. Ideas mostly taken from the instance list at https://piped.video/preferences

This is a good idea. I think I could use Cloudflare Worker crons to periodically ping instances and store their statuses in D1.
